Therefore, Mass Fuzion Loaded is not just an amazing clean muscle gainer, but a great post workout recovery product. Since we need different protein and carb ratios during the day depending on when you are consumig your macros, you can follow the following directions: For Muscle gaining and additional calories, use 3-4 scoops of Mass Fuzion Loaded per serving in between meals to increase your calories and nutrient intake

For post workout, lower Mass Fuzion Loaded to 2-3 scoops and add 1 additional scoop of Whey Fuzion GF to your shake. This will balance your nutrients to approx, 2 to 1 ratio (carbs to protein)

For meal replacement when you don’t need that many carbs but you still need an easy to digest quick shake, mix 1-2 scoops of Mass Fuzion with 1 scoop of Whey Fuzion GF

Test-A Shock Suggested Use:  As a dietary supplement, take 4 capsules per day. You can either take 4 capsules in one serving first thing in the morning, or take 2 capsules per serving, first thing in the morning and 8 hours latter.
