At Scilabs Nutrition, we thrive on providing the best customer service, same-day shipping for most orders, and free 2-day air shipping for most orders. Fedex Express 2nd Day Air and Fedex Home Delivery / Fedex Ground packages both have a tracking number, which can be accessed by logging in to Scilabsnutrition.com with your username and password and going to your customer area or order history.

We ship most orders within one business day, but it may take up to 48 hours.
· Domestic orders are shipped now by FedEx Ground/FedEx Home Delivery for items exceeding certain measures (w.e big containers such as proteins or weight gainers), and Fedex Express 2nd day air for small items, such as Thermo Shock, Terminal Shock, Intrashock, Test-A Shock. FedEx does not deliver to P.O. boxes so you must either list a valid street address with your order. Fedex Express 2nd day air is included for free for any order that qualifies in size and quantities for either Fedex Envelope and/or Fedex Pack. ess 2nd-day air service counts business days on or y and does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday (,i.e., order shipped on Thursday should arrive by Monday the following week). An order shipped out on Friday should arrive on Tuesday the following week.
Examples of quantities that could fit inside a FedEx envelope are:
– 4 Thermo-shocks maximum – Two Test-A Shocks
Examples of quantities that could fit inside a Fedex pack are:
– Up to 6 terminal shocks – Up to three IntraShock pro – Up to eight Test-A Shocks – A maximum of ten thermo shocks
Some combinations of these items could fit in a FedEx package and qualify for this free service as well. If they do not fit, we will use FedEx Ground or Home Delivery with a box that fits the size of the order. FedEx Ground and Home Delivery have an estimated delivery time of 2–5 business days, depending on the state of destination. Every order is shipped from Florida.
Orders ship free of charge to destinations within the 48 contiguous United States that can be shipped by FedEx Express 2nd day air or Home Delivery service. Fedex 2nd day air service is limited to orders that do not exceed the size of a Fedex padded pack or Fedex envelope (a Fedex padded pack typically holds up to 6 terminal shocks, 4 intrashock pro, 10 thermoshocks, or 8 test-a shocks).Oversized items, such as proteins and gainers, or orders containing any oversize item in conjunction with other small items, will also ship for free, but via FedEx Ground or FedEx Home Delivery, with a shipping time estimate of 2-5 business days depending on the shipping distance.
We do not request or require a signature for FedEx deliveries, but we cannot force the driver to leave the package if no one is home. FedEx does not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays. Our Fedex Home Delivery shipping service does not provide Saturday deliveries at an additional cost .Do not include these days when estimating your expected delivery date.
There is no guarantee that your order will go out the day you order. If you are placing the order after 12:00 noon EST (9:00 AM PST), it is likely your order will be shipped the following business day, although we try to ship most orders received up to 3:00 PM EST that day.
For destinations in Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO locations, you pay shipping charges based on the weight of the package (a minimum of $7.95). Packages to these destinations are shipped via the US Postal Service’s Priority Mail. Before placing your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work the details out for you.
For military locations (APO/FPO), in addition to the delivery time that it takes us to get it to the APO or FPO (two or three days), you will have to wait for the military to deliver the package to you. This could take several days or weeks. We cannot help speed up this process. Sorry. When indicating your shipping address, “APO” or “FPO” will be your “city”; “AA,” “AE,” or “AP” will be your “state,” and your ZIP Code will begin with either 09, 34, or 96. Leave the “country” field blank. You will be presented with your Priority Mail shipping charge when you checkout or check your shopping cart.
We will charge you an $1 fee for shipments that are either re-routed after leaving our warehouse or are incorrectly addressed due to the customer’s error. Shipping labels are generated directly from the shipping information you have entered. If you provide us with an incorrect zip code or other addressing error, e.g., an incorrect or missing apartment number, you will be charged the $11 fee since the shipping company will charge us a fee for this correction. Scilabs Nutrition cannot be held responsible for wrongfully entered or incorrect addresses. Unless other instructions are received via e-mail through email@example.com If we are successful in stopping and rerouting the shipment as described above, the $15 fee will be charged. If the shipping company is unable to deliver the order due to an incorrect or incorrect address, an undeliverable address, an unknown recipient, or any other reason at their discretion, and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the outbound shipping charges, as well as the returning charges and a 20% restocking fee. For shipments to all other countries, the following rules and restrictions apply:
Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. The laws are different in every country, and we cannot keep up with them all. It is your responsibility to check with your customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products to your country before you place your order.
If the package is seized, rejected, or returned by Customs in the country of destination or any other point outside of the United States of America for any reason and we do not receive the package back, we will not issue you a refund. If we do receive the package back after it has been seized and the products are in perfect condition, we will credit you the product cost, but you are still responsible for the shipping charges in both directions (back and forth) and a 20% restocking fee. While outgoing shipping charges are normally around $30-40 for most international Fedex Express flat rate packets, incoming shipping charges are calculated with different rates and they can be easily up to $120 for returning the package, so in most cases, even if the packet is returned, the total combined charges won’t make it possible for us to issue a refund to you.
Payment in advance is required. Payment must be by credit card. We are updating our system with new countries as we calculate shipping costs and availability within our Fedex Express International account. Some countries are not suitable for Fedex Express International service, but they can be served via USPS (United States Postal Service International Priority Mail). Please keep checking us out if your country is not yet available for shipping and to see which shipping method, if any, is available for your region.
You pay shipping charges based on the weight of the package and the destination. The standard shipping charges do not apply to international orders. Shipping by air to most other countries can be very expensive. Shipping charges alone are sometimes 50% to 100% of the total cost of the products. Obviously, small bottles are cheaper to ship than protein powders, so for most international destinations, we will not ship large items such as proteins or weight gainers. – To receive a custom quote for your order, including large items, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will calculate the shipping cost accurately. Important: If you write to us or order from us but do not receive a reply back from us, then there is most likely some problem with your email address. We have received numerous email messages to which we respond, but for whatever reason, the message cannot be delivered. We have no other way to contact you, so please make sure your email delivery is working properly and that you have given us a correct email address before complaining that we are not replying. In any case where you do not hear back from us, please send us an email at email@example.com
You can add items to your shopping cart, which displays the total, and you can see the shipping charges prior to sending the order to us. We reserve the right to insure the package. You will not incur an additional charge for insurance above what is presented through the online ordering process. We believe our online order form is accurate in computing shipping charges, but we will not be held responsible for errors in the shipping charge calculation. If we find it to be incorrect after receiving your order, we reserve the right to correct the charge and inform you by email.
Please allow 2 weeks for international airmail delivery. Important: This does not include any time that your country’s customs office may hold the package, which happens frequently. If you have not received your package after the allowed period, check with your customs office (if possible) to track it down. There is nothing we can do to speed up this process.
With Federal Express International Economy Shipping Service, you will be emailed a URL that can be used to track your shipment.
You are responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply. We do not collect any duties or taxes from you and do not know how much they will cost you. Check with your own government. We report the exact amount of the sale on the customs form. Please do not ask us to claim less than the actual sale amount.
We claim “Food supplements — for personal use only” on the Customs form as a description of the package contents. Please do not ask us to claim a “gift” or other incorrect description.
Some countries allow for the importation of otherwise disallowed products “for personal use only,” but not for resale.
All prices are listed in US dollars. If you want to determine how much that is equivalent to in your country’s currency, you can use a currency converter.
For any reason, we reserve the right to decline an order.
Many nutritional products are currently non-taxable in both states; however, some products are taxable. For example, products that are considered candy or snack products are taxable. In addition, items such as books, magazines, videos, workout gear and devices, and clothing are currently taxable. International customers may be subject to taxes payable to their home country upon delivery, but we do not collect or know the amount of these taxes. Check with your country’s tax authority.
Damages and shortages
Merchandise damaged during shipping or shortages (missing items) must be reported to Scilabs Nutrition within 24 hours of receipt. Scilabs Nutrition will then either issue you a credit or send replacements for the amount of any confirmed damaged or missing merchandise. Scilabs Nutrition will contact the shipping company for a visual inspection of the merchandise and box. Scilabs Nutrition will then either issue you a credit or send replacements for the amount of any confirmed damaged or missing merchandise.
You must contact us for a return authorization number prior to returning any merchandise. Merchandise must be returned at your expense in unopened and perfect condition in order to receive credit. A valid return authorization number must be on the shipping label, or we will refuse the package. Full credit will be issued for unopened merchandise returned within 14 days of your receipt of shipment. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to returns after 14 days. No product returns will be accepted after 30 days.
On the rare occasion that we may ship you an item other than what you ordered, do not open the product, or it will void your right to return it. Please contact us so we can exchange it for the correct item.
FedEx charges shippers for the return of undeliverable packages, including (but not limited to) refused packages and those where three delivery attempts were unsuccessful. If your package is returned to us for any of these reasons, you will be responsible for Scilabs Nutrition’s actual cost to ship the package and the return charges.

We regularly stock every item we carry. Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory of each product we carry, occasionally we may run out of certain products. In this case, we will mark the product “out of stock” on our website. If any product is not in stock for an order, we will hold off on shipping your entire order until all products are available. You should place a separate order containing only in-stock products to have it processed immediately.
Any litigation, dispute, or other claim that may arise from the purchase, sale, advice, use, or involvement with Scilabs Nutrition shall be settled in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, particularly the State of Florida, and shall be heard and venued in the County of Collier.
